About Chicks Cowboys and Indians

WELCOME

The Davis family has operated a fireams related business in the vacinity of 5th and Main in Elk City for nearly forty years. Chick is retired from the retail firearms business and in his retirement deals in the items which interest him-western collectibles, old guns, Indian beadwork, Indian related collectibles and anything related to Oklahoma territory. Elk City is about half way between Oklahoma City and Amarillo on old route 66 or present day Interstate 40. We have a large collection of beautiful Cowboy and Indian items most of which are for sale. We also purchase the types of items which you see in our store and on our web site. Come by and see us but call before you come to make sure we're there. We welcome visitors particularly those who appreciate items associated with the old West. The store is normally open during business hours Monday through Saturday but you never know when the fish might start biting or we might take off to a gun show.

Terms and Conditions

Listed prices do not include shipping but we usually ship UPS on receipt of your money order for the price listed plus estimated shipping from Elk City, Oklahoma, USA. There is a three day examination period. Examination does not extend to firing any of the antique firearms. Normally, all of the firearms we handle are antiques (i.e. pre-1899) and can be shipped directly to the buyer subject to the laws of the state in which you reside. There are some items (Kachina's and pottery come to mind) which in our experience are simple too fragile to be shipped. These items must be purchased directly from our store.
